IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the unlikely event of furniture being damaged or faulty please contact us immediately on 01492 583099 or email enquiries@listersinteriors.com. This must be done within 48 hours of receipt of your goods.


HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FURNITURE?

To keep your oak furniture looking good you need to follow a few simple rules. Dust regularly, as dust is an abrasive and will quickly detract from the natural beauty of the wood. To protect table tops always use coasters and placemats to safeguard the surface from heat and spillages. Always keep furniture out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources such as radiators etc. We recommend you use a light wax only polish specifically formulated for oak furniture which should be applied every three months or so to create a subtle protective nourishing barrier and attractive patina. Always use sparingly so as to avoid unsightly build ups and streaks, this will nourish the wood and form a first line defence against light spills which should always be blotted up immediately as a matter of course. Never use spray polishes, household cleaning products or solvents as these can cause damage to the finish of your furniture. Any painted furniture should be cleaned only with a lightly moistened lint free cloth to remove any soiling. If in any doubt, please contact our customer service team.
