We're re-opening our doors soon: here's what you need to know.

We’re excited to announce that from 1st June we will be welcoming you back to our stores in Chester, Shrewsbury and Whitchurch. Of course, the safety of our customers and co-workers remains the highest priority so we have been working hard to welcome you back safely. We’ve introduced new measures so you can enjoy a safe and comfortable shopping experience.

We'd love to welcome you in person at one of our stores, however if you're unable to visit please feel free to browse our site and Contact Us with any enquiries you may have.

The steps we are taking

Social distance shopping

To ensure you have a safe shopping experience we ask that if you are able to, please shop alone. Only bring one other person from the same household unless you need special assistance or if you need to bring your children with you.

There will be a queuing system outside to manage entry into the store.

Our staff will be there to assist and there will be signage throughout the store to help you stick to social distancing guidelines.

Extra cleaning and safety precautions

We will be undertaking extra cleaning and sterilising to make the whole store as safe as possible for you. Our friendly staff will be wearing protective masks but we ensure you that they'll have a huge smile underneath. We have installed new protective screens at our checkouts to protect everyone.

We recommend you come prepared with ready-made lists and your own bags.

Card payments please

We will only be accepting card payments to minimise contact between you and our staff.
